Apple Butter Day!

It's that time of year again! Time to gather together and create some of the best Apple Butter around!!! This year we are making more than ever so we need YOU!! For those of you who don't know this is our biggest fundraiser that helps carry us through the year.

We gather early to get the fire (and coffee) going! It's an all day event so come when you can and stay as long as you'd like! As is tradition there will be soup beans and cornbread to eat as we get hungry.

We will also be getting together to prepare the apples and go to the cannery - you are welcome to take part in those as well!! We will share that information in the event!

If you have never experienced making apple butter in a copper kettle over a fire .. it's a real time honored tradition with a sweet treat at the end!!
