This 8-week chair yoga series is perfect for those who prefer a gentler practice, have limited mobility, or want to improve flexibility and strength in a safe, supported way.
Chair yoga incorporates seated and standing poses using the chair for balance and support, while also emphasizing breathwork and relaxation.
