Understanding Your Grief

As you traverse through your grief of a death of someone you love, it helps to know you do not travel alone. Part of the work of mourning is to be with others to deal with your own grief. When you are ready for this, it helps to be part of a group. Please consider joining Pastor Manisha and parishioners Victoria Laurenzi-Jump, MSW, and fellow grievers, Rich Lamb and Ralph Jones, as we work together to understand how to be ourselves in the midst of our grief.
