Every second Saturday morning, a small group of women gather on the Sunshine Coast for one thing: to release what they’ve been holding and come home to the truth in their bodies.
We begin in circle, naming what’s alive. Rage. Grief. Stress. Fear. Desire.
Nothing is off limits. You’ll be witnessed without fixing or judgment, just seen.
From there, we drop into the body.
Through guided meditation, breathwork, and somatic movement, you’ll meet the emotion where it actually lives, not in your mind but in your cells.
Then, one by one, we enter the witnessed bag ritual.
A space to move what words can’t.
To bring sound, breath, and power into form.
To be seen in your truth, raw, messy, holy.
We close in stillness and softness, allowing your nervous system to integrate what’s moved through.
You’ll leave grounded, lighter, and more alive in your body.
Circle sharing to name what’s alive and be witnessed
Guided meditation and body scan to locate emotion in the body
Breathwork and somatic movement to awaken and activate
Witnessed bag ritual to express and release
Downregulation and integration to land in softness
Because holding it in is no longer an option.
Because you’re done performing healing and ready to feel it.
Because you want to remember what it feels like to be fully in your body, fully in your truth.
This isn’t a class.
It’s a ritual of release, truth, and reclamation.
Every second Saturday morning
Bli Bli Public Hall, Sunshine Coast.
90 minutes, doors open 10 minutes before start
This is a space for women who are ready to stop holding it all in.
A space to come back into the body, into truth, into power.
We begin in circle. You speak what’s alive. The stress that’s built up. The anger that’s been sitting under the surface. The ache in your chest you’ve been pretending isn’t there. You don’t have to be fine here. You don’t have to filter or fix it. You get to be seen exactly as you are.
From there, we drop beneath the story and into the body. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and somatic movement, you begin to feel where the emotion lives. The tightness in your throat. The heaviness in your gut. The pulse under your skin. You let your body show you the truth it’s been holding.
And then we take it to the glove.
One by one, each woman steps forward into the witnessed bag ritual.
A sacred release where sound, breath, and movement become medicine. You don’t need words. The body speaks for you. You are witnessed by the circle in silence, held in safety, power, and reverence. Rage, grief, fear, desire. All of it is welcome here.
When the release is complete, we soften.
Gentle breath, stillness, space to integrate what’s been moved.
You land back in your body, grounded, alive, open.
We close together in joy.
Smiles, laughter, movement, aliveness. The reminder that on the other side of release is life itself.
Unsilenced Saturdays is not a class or a workshop.
It is a ritual of release, truth, and remembrance.
A place where women come home to themselves, witnessed, safe, and fully alive.
What to bring:
Water bottle, pillow (for under knees or head) comfortable clothes you can move in.
Yoga mats, gloves provided (or bring your own).
Hey there, I’m the founder of The Unsilenced Woman and I built this movement because I was done with the watered down love and light bullshit. Women do not need more rules or masks. We need spaces where rage, grief, desire, and power are not just allowed but fucking celebrated.
My background is a mix of embodiment, trauma-informed practice, and fitness. But more than that, I have lived this work. I know what it feels like to carry too much, to be told to shrink, to silence yourself just to survive. And I also know the freedom of giving the body a way to finally speak.
When you step into this space with me I will push you, hold you, and call you into your truth. I weave sweat, ritual, and rebellion into one container where you cannot hide and where you do not have to.
Embodiment became my way back. Boxing is one of the tools we use to unlock it. This work gave me back my body, my voice, and my fire. That is what I want for you too. To walk out lighter, louder, and more alive than you came in.
