There will be lots of helpful tricks and tips offered to guide you how to improve your painting and elevate your skills such as capturing the shiny bright expression in the eyes and using vibrant expressive brush marks to create the soft ears and fur . Optional to add a soft atmospheric background so your image has harmony and that wow factor we all desire to achieve when painting with this challenging yet magical medium of watercolour.
Tracing is an option for those who feel left confident at drawing so we can enjoy the pleasure of painting to its maximum in this workshop .
Nicky is an accomplished professional artist specialising in tutoring watercolour painting. She hosts regular 1 day workshops at her studio in Milton Keynes , Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire and tutors guest workshops, residential painting holidays and art demonstrations for art societies throughout the UK. She uses traditional watercolour methods in a loose and lively contemporary style.
