Lift your energy with ceremonial cacao, dance into joy with an energizing movement practice, and close with yin inspired stretches and meditation - a journey of connection, movement and renewal.

What to expect:
Cacao - Ceremonial Cacao drink to foster heart-opening, emotional connection, and creative flow. We'll open with mindfully drinking "Cacao Ambassador" Cacao to bring awareness to our hearts & bodies.
The Movement - Easy to follow choreography with modifications. Where intentional movement meets empowering music.
Think of it as an hour just for YOU ā to sweat, move however you need to, laugh, release and feel amazing in mind, body + soul.
A space where you can leave your judgements at the door, reconnect with yourself and have some fun!
Yin Yoga - A slow-paced style of yoga that emphasizes passive stretching and longer-held poses. It targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments and fascia, rather than the muscles, promoting flexibility, joint health, and relaxation. The practice encourages mindfulness and introspection, creating a calming contrast to more vigorous, dynamic forms of yoga.

I love holding spaces that feel like a deep exhale, where we can melt into Yin shapes, sip cacao, and let our whole system soften. My love is supporting people to feel good in their bodies and to remember that health can be both deeply healing and beautifully simple.

Hello Iām Kae-Lynn!
I lead The Movement because, I believe everyone deserves a non judgmental space to catch their breath and, be reminded of their spark.
When Mel first shared The Movement with me I was so I was burnt out, numb, and deeply disconnected. I was busy trying to love and please everyone else that I completely lost myself.
During my first class something shifted. The music ā the movements ā Reminded me of that spark within me. It felt like my soul finally had permission to shine again. For that one hour, I could breathe. No pressure, no expectations, no noise from the world or my mind. Just movement, music, and freedom to be me.
I believe fitness should be intentional, empowering and fun.
