Volunteer Day in the Meadow

Take a (mini) field trip to the Paradise Creek Pocket Meadow for an afternoon of exploration and stewardship. Learn how technology can help us protect native plants and wildlife as we remove invasive species and record our observations using iNaturalist and Merlin Bird ID. This citizen-science workshop will equip volunteers with skills and knowledge they can take home to support their own environmental stewardship.

Volunteers will be in the Meadow at 2 PM, but all are welcome to attend any time before dark to lend a helping hand, talk about the work being done, share knowledge and help us move this project onward into the new year!

Be sure to dress for the weather. Work gloves are recommended for those who choose to take part in helping us removing invasive species.
