Day Retreat – £150
Saturday 09:30–18:00

• Powerful Altered-State sound, breath and hypnosis journey.

Overnight Retreat – £250
Stay for the full 24-hour experience. You’ll enjoy everything in the Day Retreat plus:
• A shared plant-based dinner
• Medicine ceremony with Sananga, hapé & Mugwort
Evening of ecstatic dance & kirtan
• A cosy bed in a same-sex dorm
• Plant-based breakfast on Sunday morning
• Closing circle to integrate and complete the journey together
This is a mixed retreat for conscious men & women, where we’ll hold a safe and powerful space for you to drop deep, meet yourself fully, and share the joy of true community.
