About this Event

Energy Code Expert and Trainer Matt Belcher, in partnership with the City of Blair, Nebraska, provides this energy code training course on Residential and Commercial construction. In this course you will:

Review the basic requirements of the 2018 IECC
Learn about the major changes to the 2021 IECC
Learn about the 2024 IECC requirements
Understand the correlation between the IBC, IRC and IECC including wall bracing, resiliency and how that will affect building in Nebraska
Receive a brief update of 2027 IBC/IRC/IECC current code development process
