About the Professor:

Dr. Matthew Whoolery is a renowned scholar in Cultural Psychology and currently serves as an Associate Professor of Psychology at the American University in Bulgaria. Before joining AUBG, he taught at the American University in Cairo (Egypt), Lady Shri Ram College for Women in New Delhi (India), and Brigham Young University–Idaho (USA). With over two decades of experience in psychology and education, Dr. Whoolery’s research explores topics such as the relationship between religion and human development, child development, and mental health.
