We are excited to announce the release of our Valentine's Day menu. If you can't attend Saturday, the same menu will be offered Thursday-Sunday to allow everyone an opportunity to try these amazing items.
Valentine’s Day
**Appetizer Features:**
Oysters: Half dozen oysters served raw on the half shell with lemon and hot sauce
Delicata Squash ‘Hearts’- Oven-roasted delicata squash, freshly made ricotta cheese, shaved prosciutto, fried sage, roasted pumpkin seeds, lemon grass, and Spanish olive oil
**Entree Features:**
Wreckfish- Pan-seared wreckfish served with red beetroot risotto, poached white asparagus, sugar snap peas, shaved Chioggia beet ribbons, and thyme infused sauvignon blanc beurre monte
‘Wagyu’ Lamb Ribeye
Premium medium rare Australian lamb Medium rare lamb ribeye served with romesco, smoked sunchokes, corona beans, walnut gremolata, and arbequina olive oil
Each of these items will have a suggested wine pairing available. This menu will be offered in addition to our regular menu to be ordered a-la carte.
