Into to FreeCAD

Learn the fundamentals of FreeCAD, a powerful open-source parametric 3D modeling tool that delivers professional-grade design capabilities without the professional-grade price tag. This class will guide you through FreeCAD's interface and workflow to create your first 3D models, with a focus on designing for 3D printing.

We'll cover essential concepts including sketching, constraints, feature-based modeling, and preparing models for printing with proper tolerances and support structures. Bring a laptop with FreeCAD installed!

Ages 14+, Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
