Join Cornerstone Alumni and Carlin Rafie, senior extension specialist with Virginia Cooperative Extension, for a conversation on the importance of proper nutrition as we age. Rafie will also explore how our nutritional intake helps prevent or manage disease during our lifespan.

This event is free to attend, but registration is required. An optional gift to the Virginia Cooperative Extension Annual Fund is encouraged upon registration.
