Contextual Safeguarding Training

Overview:

This training session will provide participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence that is required to support young people who may be at risk or affected by contextual safeguarding and all forms of exploitation.

Aims/Objectives:

To raise awareness around the following areas:

Ø contextual safeguarding

Ø Child criminal and sexual Exploitation

Ø Modern day Slavery

Ø Human trafficking

Ø Children and young people missing from home

Ø Legislation, tools and powers used with the Multi agency team to safeguard children and young people.
