Bush Fire Risk for Mount Tomah and Berrambing Information Session

The Bush Fire Danger Period officially begins on the 1st of October, hence this Sunday’s Breakfast at the Fire Shed will include a brief presentation from our Brigade Captain on the outlook for the forthcoming bush fire season.


Captain Bernhard Koch will provide information on: the Bush Fire Risk Management Plan for our area; the need to apply for a permit for burning in the open; community’s role in bush fire preparation; pre-incident planning and, the availability of advice and assistance from your Brigade.


Breakfast will be between 9.00am and 10.30am and Bernhard’s presentation will commence immediately afterwards.
