Come meet with your friends and yoga tribe for an afternoon of yoga, mindful journaling, meditation and to walk the labyrinth, which is a full body meditation and prayer.
Solstice is a time of releasing--habits, patterns and ways of thinking/feeling that may be holding you back. Thoughtful journal prompts will help you identify unhealthy, worn-out and tired ways that are weighing you down and taking up precious space and time, resources you could be investing in something much more rich and meaningful.
So we'll do some yoga and deep breathing to open ourselves for some thought provoking, creative journaling. We'll ask ourselves probing questions and give voice to our inner most thoughts, dreams and wishes. We'll shine a light on the old, identifying obstacles to our dreams and intentions and then we'll cut them away. We'll each enter the labyrinth to go deeper and truly release any and all that is holding us down, clearing the way to a bright and shiny new year.
