Giving Tuesday

Founded in 2012, and introduced to Canada in 2013, the goal of Giving Tuesday is to establish an annual day dedicated to giving and it is the world's largest generosity movement.

Each year, Canadian charities and donors participate, helping to offset the consumerism focus of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Giving Tuesday is recognized as the official kickoff to the year-end giving season and ranks as one of the top fundraising days of the year.
