Know Your Numbers! Week is the UK's biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event, organised by Blood Pressure UK, that takes place every year in September.

5 million adults in the UK aged 18-64 could be living with undiagnosed high blood pressure and don't even know it...that's why from Monday 8th to Saturday 13th September, there are a range of venues you can visit to get your FREE blood pressure check for Know Your Numbers week!.🔴

During Know Your Numbers! Week, there will be pop-up sites in and around Lancashire and South Cumbria to encourage people to be more aware of the dangers of high blood pressure and to get familiar with their numbers. Join us at The Bureau on Friday during Place of Welcome to get your blood pressure checked.
