Fundraiser for my uncle Clint

Hi wonderful people, as you all know I am raising money for my uncle Clint, after his accident leading him to be paralyzed from the kneck down for the past 5 years. I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for him so he has the opportunity to have treatment and have his life back, which I believe he will. I have decided to do a fundraiser day, beginning the day with Princess and Spider-Man meet and greet to start the day off for the children gifted by my amazing friend Melissa (part of your world events) where the children will be able to party with the princesses, become princesses and get pictures! Then after this is finished it will be a fun packed night, with a bar, raffles, tombola and an all round amazing night out. There will be opportunities to donate, and participate in the raffles and Tombolas. It’s all very brief for me at the minute as I am planning it all by myself but if anyone would like to help me plan or is good at this kind of stuff I’m happy to take any suggestions/ideas.
