Join us for Finding Our Way Through Loss - a gentle, supportive workshop hosted by Spring North, in partnership with Community CVS, and delivered by Re-Align.
This workshop is aimed at adults aged 25 and over who have experienced bereavement. It offers a safe, welcoming space to pause, reflect, and connect with others who understand what it’s like to lose someone close.
Our experienced practitioners from Re-Align will guide relaxed discussions and simple activities focused on wellbeing, resilience, and ways to stay connected after loss. There’ll be time for conversation, reflection, and a cuppa, with local support information and resources available to take away.
Whether your loss is recent or something you’re still navigating after some time, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
