Open-Level Adult Contemporary (Drop-In)

Join us every Wednesday at 5:30 PM for our Open-Level Adult Contemporary class, a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals aged 16 and up. Whether you're new to dance or returning after time away, this class offers a supportive environment to explore contemporary dance, focusing on creative expression, emotional release, and physical well-being. Experience a blend of modern, jazz, and hip-hop styles, with variations to accommodate various skill levels.

Each session includes a gentle warm-up, technique exercises, and choreography that builds over two weeks to enhance confidence and mastery. The class concludes with improvisational exercises, allowing for personal expression and emotional exploration. Contemporary dance is not only an artistic outlet but also a powerful tool for enhancing physical health. It improves cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, and posture. Mentally, it reduces stress, boosts mood, and fosters a sense of community and self-confidence. Whether you're returning to dance or starting anew, this class provides a joyful and inclusive space to move, connect, and express yourself.
