In this playshop, Lauren will guide you into the ancient and universal practice of Light Language—an intuitive expression of sound, song and vibration in unison with crystal singing bowls to activate your inner voice and natural ability to integrate your own energetic body of Light.
Through spoken frequencies and shared practice, you’ll awaken your own power of self-healing, release energetic blockages, and align more fully with your soul’s truth.
