Breathwork & Mandala Workshop

I’m very excited to bring you a Breath and Mandala Workshop. Held in the gorgeous gardens at @ekojoe_yoga_gardens on Sunday 3rd August, 2pm - 4pm

Join us for a powerful journey combining conscious connected breathwork and mandala creation. Using trancey music, and tribal beats, the breathwork will guide you into expanded states of awareness. Opening the door to deep release, clarity, and connection. From this altered state, we’ll move into a grounding practice of creating your own mandala.

Traditionally used in holotropic breathwork, mandalas act as a tool for integration, bringing the unconscious into form and helping you reflect on the insights and energies stirred by the breath. This is a space for self-discovery, expression, and restoration. No art experience needed! Just come as you are, breathe, create, and connect. 🌀🧘‍♀️😮‍💨🧘‍♂️✨
