Bismarck, North Dakota - Abused Adult Resource Center invites the community to join us for Take Back the Night, a powerful evening dedicated to raising awareness about domestic violence, honoring survivors, and remembering those lost to violence. The event will take place on October 1st, 2025, at 6:00pm at the capitol steps.
For decades, Take Back the Night has been a global call to action to end domestic and sexual violence. This year’s event will bring our community together through:
Candlelight Vigil to honor survivors and remember victims.
Survivor Speak-Outs offering a platform for healing and empowerment.
Community March to stand united against violence and reclaim safety.
Guest Speakers & Performances to inspire hope and solidarity.
Take Back the Night reminds us that no one should face violence alone. "This event is about creating a space of strength, healing, and collective action."
The event is free and open to all. Families, students, and community members are encouraged to attend and show their support for survivors. Together, we can break the silence, raise awareness, and take meaningful steps toward ending domestic violence.
