Sound Bath : Healing Through Frequency with Lindsay

Join us for a delicious sound bath, complete with Gongs, Himalayan instruments, crystal singing bowls, chimes & more! This class, led by Lindsay, is designed for you to unwind, reset and find gratitude. Give your mind+body these 75 minutes to relax and ground.

*Be aware that Gong work is not recommended during pregnancy (particularly the first trimester), not advised for those with epilepsy or cardiac regulating devices (pacemakers), not meant for anyone under the age of 13, or those dealing with an active cancer diagnosis. Those with hearing aides must remove the aids during the session.
