On the longest night of the year, we gather to honor the turning of the season and the ancient truth that light always returns. Winter invites us inward to listen, soften, and reconnect with the spark that has been quietly glowing within us all along.

This experience is a gentle blend of breath, movement, and intention. We will awaken inner warmth, release what no longer serves us, and create space for clarity and renewal. This is a chance to stay with your spirit, tend to your heart, and align with the deeper wisdom of this sacred time. Come as you are. Leave with a brighter flame.
