Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding areas! Mark your calendars for the 2nd annual Harlow’s Trunk or Treat event!🕷️🕸️🎃

Last year was a huge hit with welcoming over 1,200 trunk or treaters and we’d love to see you all again! This year we will have food trucks onsite as well for some extra sweet treats!🍭🍬🍦

🚨Please note that location has changed from last year, we will be at the Bismarck lot this year due to the construction and parking!🚨
