Come join Amber with Soul Transitions to start off the Autumn Season with a Sound Bath Meditation & Circle.
The Autumn Equinox will grace us on September 22nd. It is a time of balance, reflection, and transitions. A time to let go and release what is no longer serving you and to prepare for introspection and renewal.

Sound Bath Meditation
We will open our circle with a Releasing Ritual. All supplies are covered in your ticket price but you are welcome to bring whatever you feel is needed during this ritual. A photo, a letter, a favorite crystal or trinkets.
We will then lead into the Sound Bath Meditation surrounding the energy of the Autumn Equinox. Bring anything that will comfort you during this time. A pillow, blanket or mat.
We will close our circle with a Gratitude Ritual to appreciate the abundance in our lives recognizing the gifts we have made and received over this last year and whatever messages you receive during the meditation.
