Sourdough Workshop

If you’ve ever been curious about the health benefits of natural leavening and wanted to learn how to incorporate baking a simple artisan loaf into your weekly schedule, regardless of how busy you are, this workshop is for you! Alison covers every step you need, from keeping a healthy sourdough starter, to fermentation, to scoring and baking.

What you’ll get:
— An apron to use while you work
— A handout with a recipe, the entire process of making a loaf, and a list of helpful tools and resources
— A jar of starter so you can begin baking as soon as you get home

Hors d’ouvres and drinks will be served.
