11th Bristol Air Scouts Family Disco

Instead of a summer fair this year, a few of us are working hard behind the scenes to organise a family disco to bring us all together in September.

This special event will be on Friday 5 September, 7pm to 10pm at the Royal British Legion on Manor Road.

The venue is all booked and our very own BS13 resident “DJ Chester” will be in charge of grooves on the dancefloor!

To keep the event as inclusive as possible tickets can be booked for free. But a suggested donation of £10 per family is appreciated. We do need to cover some initial costs of putting the event on and hope to raise some funds for the future of the group.

Please can you ensure the number attending is the amount of free tickets you select, for planning purposes. Then add on a donation ticket to pay the suggested donation. Do not select gift aid as these tickets are non refundable in the unlikely event we need to cancel.

There is a limit on capacity, so booking is vital!

Refund Policy:

Full refund if event is cancelled by us.

Refunds can be made if you cancel up to 7 days before event. There would be a 2% deduction to your donation for processing fee’s we have absorbed.
