Step into the enchanting world of our Santa's Grotto at H@me & Eat in Bishops Stortford! 🎅🏻🌟

Santa Claus and his joyful Elf are eagerly awaiting your visit. 🤶🎄 You will be met by Santa's little helper who will then take you into our amazing grotto to meet the man in red himself. 🎁

Santa will check his list and present your child with an age-appropriate token gift.

A bit of Magic! By sharing your child's hobbies and interests during the booking process, Santa can make your child's visit that extra bit magical. 🪄✨

Two Parents/Guardians can accompany their child/children into the Grotto at no charge. If more adults will be attending then please decalre in your booking and we can review.

Please note: Our Santa’s Grotto experience and token gifts are designed for children up to the age of 10. Older children are very welcome to join in the magic, but we kindly ask that they understand the gifts provided are intended for younger visitors.

Additional Information.

All Grotto visits must be pre booked in advance.

• All ticket reservations are non-refundable and non transferable.
• Order confirmation must be printed or shown on a mobile device upon entry.
• Space permitting, pushchairs are allowed into the Grotto.
• Upto 2 Parents/Carers accompanying ticketed children will not be charged.
• Babies & Toddlers without tickets may accompany a ticketed child (and parents/carers) but will not receive a token gift.

Location: H@me & Eat, Bishops Stortford.

Dates: Weekends 29th November - 21st December.

3 Day Countdown Tickets for 22nd, 23rd, and 24th December also available (see related event).

Times: Selected time slots available starting at 09:30 and Ending at 17:00.

Ticket Prices:

1 x Child: £18:00, includes an age appropriate token gift.

2 x Children: £33.00, includes 2 age appropriate token gifts.

3 x Children: £50.00, includes 3 age appropriate token gifts. (Maximum booking per slot)

Adult: Free (maximum of 2 adults per visit) - exceptions can be discussed.

Adults must accompany their child/group for the duration of this event.

Duration: Each Core booking slot is for 10 minutes with Santa.

Token Gift: Please appreciate that you are paying for a wonderful experience with our fabulous Santa and the gift provided is merely a token part of this experience.
