53km cycling event starting from Churchend, Dunmow. Controls at Newport and Churchend., plus 4 information controls.

A taste of some remote corners of North-West Essex with the option of a café, pubs or village shop for lunch at the half-way point. Breakfast beforehand, with pizzas and cake at the finish included in the entry fee.
