FREE OPEN SING: Launch into 2025 with BSCS!!
Do you fancy trying something amazing in 2026? Come to our FREE Open Rehearsal on 15th January 2026 at the United Reformed Church, Water Lane, Bishop's Stortford to find out what it’s like to sing with Bishop’s Stortford Choral Society.
We'll be just starting to get to grips with the spring term's project - Haydn's stunning oratorio and classical favourite, The Creation, which we'll be performing with the Bishop's Stortford Sinfonia on March 21st.
We are a super-friendly, unauditioned choir and we welcome all-comers. Don’t worry if you haven’t sung for some time or feel nervous. Because we’re a large choir, we can give you every support, sitting you near more confident singers until you find your feet and providing online resources to help you learn. We think nothing quite beats singing with an orchestra and we love to put on a big show :)
