Notification is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Bishop’s Stortford Branch of the Royal British Legion will be held on Wednesday 8th October 2025 at
The Apton Centre, Apton Road, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 3SN at 7.15pm
The business to be transacted shall be to:
Report on the previous year’s activities and adopt objectives for the following year
Adopt the annual accounts
Elect Officers and Committee Members
Consider Motions and Charter Motions for submission to the Annual Meeting of the County Conference
Appoint delegate(s) to the Annual Meeting of the County Conference
Appoint a delegate to the RBL National Conference in May 2026 in Brighton, Sussex.
A copy of the Certified Annual Accounts will be displayed on our Noticeboard at the Apton Centre, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 3SN at least 21 days before the AGM or please contact the Branch Secretary for a copy.
