WHAT TO EXPECT:
Throughout the day, you’ll be lovingly guided through a series of powerful, grounding, heart-opening practices:
- Drum journeying
- Mindful, intention-led movement
- Powerful guided meditation and visualisation
- Group Reiki immersion
- A supersonic sound bath for deep rest and integration
Creative ritual:
- Craft your own sacred macramé piece, each knot a thread of intention.
- Create your own hand balm using high-grade organic essential oils, charged with your energy and intention.
This is a fully inclusive day, priced at £165 pp.
A nourishing lunch, drinks, snacks and all activities will be provided, with spacious moments woven in for rest, stillness, journaling or quiet reflection whenever you need.
