✨🧘♀️🧘♂️✨ Join a soothing Sound Healing with Rhiannon Loretta at Kerry Village Hall on Sunday 22nd of February.
✨ As we drift through the month of February, we look to welcome in the energy of the Lunar New Year. We lean into the gifts of the year of the fire horse and the wisdom we can gain from finding our path within it.
✨ During this sound bath we will deepen our belonging to the earth and all the energy that February has to offer us, finding connection to ourselves and a moment to rest and relax on this peaceful Sunday morning.
✨ The session is 11am-12:30pm, you will be guided by meditation into a deep and peaceful sound healing journey where we find stillness and calmness.
🧘♀️ You don’t need to of ever attended a meditation or sound healing before, just come along ready to rest and unwind.
✨ There will be time after the sound healing to reflect, journal, chit chat, sip a herbal tea and share anything you experienced during the healing.
✨ Spaces are limited so please book your spot early.

✨ *Please note session is not suitable for those pregnant in the first trimester, have epilepsy or a pacemaker*
✨ At this Sound Bath, a mat, blanket and cushion are provided but please fetch along anything you may need to be extra comfortable.
The Sound Bath lasts around 45 minutes to an hour, during this time you will be lay down. If you feel you might struggle with this, please let me know so we can chat about alternative seating for you.
