We are hosting a series of monthly retreats aimed at providing participants with a variety of activities designed to relax, renew, and rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. Each monthly event will establish the foundation for the upcoming month's session and is crafted to impart different relaxation techniques to the participants. Every month will see a different mix of holistic therapies that build upon the previous month. These sessions are designed to enable participants to utilise the learning from the sessions and build techniques to lead more fulfilling lives.
