Laughter Yoga hacks into those feel good hormones and can strengthen lungs and heart through laughter, movement and deep yogic breathing. Bringing in playfulness which inspires the release of stress and anxiety.. And is fantastic for those energy boost!

I have been developing my own unique heart opening sessions of Laughter Yoga Wellness and excited to share them with you. Join me and let's go on a deeper dive with the love of Laughter.

Feeling a freedom like never before. Freedom for self expression and exploration. Connecting Mind, Body & Spirit. Experiencing a state of heightened awareness. A deep sense of unity and interconnectedness.
