Join author Ellen Atlanta and academic Jwana Aziz for a powerful conversation exploring the impact of beauty culture, social media, and digital pressures on young women’s mental health.
Drawing on Ellen’s new book Pixel Flesh, a bold examination of how filters, editing apps, and cosmetic ideals distort our self-image, they’ll unpack what it means to grow up online. With a focus on body image, empowerment, and the hidden costs of digital beauty, this is a vital event for anyone concerned with the well-being of girls in a hyper-visual age.
Tickets for this event are £5 per person.
To make our events as accessible as possible, we are also offering a limited number of free Solidarity Tickets. .
