About this Event

Growing Girl is an adult Psychoeducation service. We are female-dominated but never female-only.

This summer, we are bringing Birmingham a 4-hour Navigating Your Attachment Style workshop. This session will give you a deep and practical understanding of Attachment Theory and how your early experiences may be influencing your current patterns in relationships. You will be given a free course companion booklet to keep as you are guided through a full attachment theory lecture, reflective group activities, and practical strategies to support secure attachment. You’ll leave with your own attachment-style action plan that we’ll co-create with you — so you can begin showing up in relationships with more clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.
