MIM is a combination of science, fitness, rhythm, music and movement.
A practice of nervous system regulation, stress release and the ultimate mind-body connection.
An important part of the practice is the music with a focus on drums, percussion and BPM. Creating a journey through music allowing your body to find its natural rhythm. Playlists consist of genres from disco, soul, jazz house, afro beats to garage and jungle.
This is an experience like no other - exhilarating yet deeply relaxing all in one!
This is a movement experience for EVERY-BODY - no matter what size, shape, fitness level you are at. Come as you are, do what works for you, and enjoy!
This class is suitable for all abilities, please inform Claire of any medical conditions prior to the class.
We suggest wearing layers as your body temperature will fluctuate during the practice.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Water refill and FREE herbal teas available at the studio.
PLUS we often bring homemade immune boosting health shots to enjoy!
