Beyond Words are excited to invite you to our second edition of Mothers who Move, an open workshop exploring the stories and shared language of mothers.
Back by popular demand, this workshop offers a safe, relaxed, and supportive environment to connect, express, and discover through the unique language of motherhood.
Following our first workshop back in the Spring, this session will deepen and expand our explorations into:
- the stories and words of mothers
- our shared movement language (gestural & whole body)
- safety in personal storytelling
- the texture of 'authenticity' when tipping into 'performance mode'
- keeping the essence of our lived experiences at the heart of our movement
- anything else that arises during the day!
All mothers who enjoy moving, whether you joined us last time, or are new to the space, are welcome to attend.
