Monthly Deep Relaxation Soundbath

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to settle in so the event can start on time. Phones must be switched off during the session.

Wear comfortable warm clothing to lie down in
You will need a Blanket, pillow, thick socks & reusable water bottle
Eye Pillow is optional.

Tickets are non refundable and non transferable to other events. If you cannot make the event you are welcome to sell it on as long as I have the name of the person attending in advance and they do not have any of the following contraindications - pregnant, epilepsy, severe mental health.

If you have any serious health concerns please check with your GP if you are able to attend.
