LTF Dodgeball Tournament

The LTF Dodgeball Tournament is a fast-paced, high-energy community event bringing people together for fitness, competition, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Taking place on Sunday 21st December at North Birmingham Academy, this action-packed day features mixed teams, live commentary, music from our DJ, post-match interviews, and an electric atmosphere from start to finish.

To ensure fair and balanced competition, all teams will be created by Life Transforming Fitness coaches. The exact number of teams will be confirmed based on ticket sales, with all teams competing through a round-robin group stage followed by knockout games, including semi-finals, a 3rd-place playoff, and an exhilarating Grand Final. Every match brings fast action, dramatic dodges, clutch catches, and hype moments for both players and spectators.

The day is filled with entertainment, including food available to purchase, team spirit awards, fun crowd challenges, and a raffle with 7 exciting prizes up for grabs. Entry is accessible and inclusive: players £2, spectators £3, and every ticket includes 2 raffle entries. Players must be over 12, while spectators can be any age, making this a welcoming, family-friendly experience for all. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased by messaging Life Transforming Fitness or any coach on Instagram (£3 for a strip of 5).

Spectators sit between both courts where throws stay within play. Although unlikely, please remain aware during live games.
