Whether it’s saying yes when we really mean no, hiding parts of ourselves to keep the peace, or constantly seeking approval — people-pleasing can leave us feeling drained, unseen, and disconnected from who we really are.
Join us for a reflective and empowering session where we’ll explore why so many of us feel the need to fit in, how these patterns show up in our relationships, work, and daily lives, and what it takes to start standing in our authentic truth.
Guided by Ashanty Alves, Psychotherapist & Founder of Warrior Reminder, this session offers space to talk, learn, and practice tools that help us set boundaries, build confidence, and release the pressure to please.
Bring a friend, colleague, or come solo — all are welcome as we create a supportive space for growth, self-awareness, and connection.
