Refund Policy
All ticket purchases for Gen Z Luv are final.
Once a ticket has been purchased, refunds, exchanges, or transfers are not permitted, except in the circumstances outlined below.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
No longer able to attend
Travel issues or personal circumstances
Failure to arrive before last entry
Removal or refusal of entry due to breach of venue or event policies
Event Changes
If the event date, time, or venue is changed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled or relocated event.
Line-up changes do not qualify for a refund.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Gen Z Luv is cancelled entirely, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund (excluding booking/processing fees where applicable).
Refunds will be processed via the original point of purchase.
Entry Conditions
Valid photo ID may be required.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers are not valid and will not be refunded.
