The keynote will highlight construction’s pivotal role in delivering the West Midlands Growth Plan, driving job creation, carbon neutrality, and inclusive growth through major housing, retrofit, and skills investment programmes. Dan will call on businesses to lead the transformation through a culture of continuous improvement in leadership and management.
