Beyond the Numbers 2025: Birmingham

In partnership with AQA, this exam board neutral, one day event takes a deeper look at statistics and making decisions in an uncertain world. Perhaps one of the most versatile areas of maths, it gives students, teachers and leaders the skills to collect, analyse, interpret and present data. Special guest Neil Sheldon (Chartered Statistician and former President of the Royal Statistics Society) will be leading an expert lineup of presenters. We’ll cover a range of areas, from statistical fluency and exam insights, to real world planning and system level thinking. This training is for those shaping maths education at department and Trust level.
