Baby Yoga/Pilates Taster Session

With thanks to Sport England, we are excited to announce a new group starting in January 2026! If you are pregnant or have a baby under 12 months old, come along and join us for yoga and Pilates. Sessions will run on a Monday afternoon.
We are holding a taster session on Monday 1st December at 12.30pm, where you can meet the instructor and we will answer any questions that you may have 🧡💜
