💪 ALFA After Hours is the monthly gym club for women who want to lift, move, and mingle.

Join us at Ultra Fit Bham for an evening of open-gym vibes, where you can train at your own pace, connect with like-minded women, and enjoy a supportive, uplifting atmosphere. Think of it as a run club - but for gym girls.

✨ What to expect:

Open gym access to lift, move, and do your thing
Fun icebreakers to help you meet new faces
Coach on hand for training, tips, guidance
A space to train, chat, and chill together
